– You can have a crystal of your choice and a bowl with water and salt to represent the Earth and Water
– Set Your Intentions, you can write them on a piece of paper that you can hold while meditating
– Get comfortable and relax the Body and Mind through Deep Breathing, releasing any tension.
– Clear your mind of any thoughts and Visualize your intentions as if they have already happened. This will help transfer your intentions to your subconscious mind, raise your frequency and deepen your belief.

I need your advise for the next phase would you like to help me? 🙂
Just a little note to say that I am taking a little break from posting here. I am involved with a few projects at the moment that do not leave me quality time to offer you good content.
If there is one thing I have learned over these years, thankfully, although the hard way, is to focus on one or two projects at a time. Scattering energies all around is really not productive and lead nowhere, and I really want to have enough time to develop this blog properly.
So I wish you a beautiful new week and a New Phase of the moon to continue with your best projects and I will come back to hopefully delight you with better content!
