TIPS FOR A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE: Choose a moment for yourself, asking your loved ones to not disturb you for your determined time, at least 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you have children, you can play together and show them how different colors make them feel.

Spread the rainbow of colors in front of you.
Use anything you have available, either colored pencils, wax crayons, watercolor or pens.
Take few deep breaths, experiment with them being aware of your feelings and choose those that make you feel joyful and happy or simply resonate with you in that moment.
And when you finish, spend some time in silence and just feel, and see how your mood has improved.
